The way how get backlinks with high search engine ranking is not as easy as it sounds. People usually need to pay to get a quality backlinks.
The most common ways of backlink-getting are:
Website Directory (free of charge)- after filling some forms and confirmation, you could get a quality backlink sometimes, but usually directories whitch are free of charge have their ranking from 1 to 5. Anyway this is an activity that everyone can (should) do.

How many of them ? How quality are they ? How much a package costs ?
