- Paid Advertising - more specific visitors/customers
These factors have to rise your search engine ranking (each search engine has its own) and may cause result position improvement.
If your website is not included in search results, it means it is too new and there is no backlink following it (at least one is needed, from another website) or it could be banned (not happening to new websites)
